I wanted my twenties to be dating free because I had the desire to travel the world. I got left fifty thousand pounds in my Aunt Sue's will. One of the technologies that has helped my personal life immensely is the internet. I am very shy and rarely go out and party, plus my social graces are a disaster. So when I learned how t o use the internet I used it as an opportunity to meet other people. At first I would just go to chat rooms and try making friends from there. I started dating men after my divorce. The divorce was horrible! My heart was crushed when my husband got full custody of my two children. He had a very hard time finding a date, due to his job. When he signed up for Internet dating, he had to pay a small fee to enter. He wasn't worried a bit about the fee, as long as the site was a legitimate site! His first day online, he spent filling out surveys and a hugequantityof information. Finally, he got to browse the site for people he might be interested in. He saw several beautiful women online, but he wondered if they were posting the real pictures or not! These women looked like model photos! Finally, he found a sweet young lady that seemed to be a bit plain, but he loved the fact that she seemed to be intelligent. I walked into my best friends bedroom and took a deep breath. I smiled, as the familiar aroma of incense filled my nose.I found her on her bed with her laptop on one of those free dating sites.
